GHD’s International Development team deliver project management and technical services for the world’s largest development organisations including the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) to improve the lives of people in developing countries.
Team Up is the Australian Government’s sport for development program in the Asia-Pacific comprising more than 35 programs that are working towards three outcomes:
• Sport programs attract and retain women, girls and people with a disability, as well as men and boys
• Sport organisations are safe, inclusive and accessible
• Australia and Asia-Pacific partners use sport to strengthen relationships and build closer collaboration

Who are we looking for?
Our Team Up program is seeking an Administration and Logistics Officer based in our GHD office in Suva, Fiji for a fulltime fixed term position until 30 September 2025. This position is responsible for the administrative and logistics tasks key to program delivery.
This will include but not limited to:
• Coordinating and managing logistics of travel, workshops and events for the project team;
• Administration and logistics for meetings, workshops and events
• Assistance with financial reporting acquittals, invoicing and processing expense claims;
• Maintenance of the team calendar applications and software.
What you will bring to the team:
• Demonstrated experience in project administration preferably with exposure to financial reporting, budgets and invoicing
• Extensive administration skills with intermediate to advanced capabilities in Microsoft Office
• You may have an interest or previous experience in international development, aid projects or sport
• Tertiary qualification in any discipline including management or business would be an advantage
• Familiarity with the grants platform SmartyGrants and Adobe Creative Suite (in particular Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro) would also be an advantage.
• Experience working with and within DFAT funded programs would be highly regarded in addition to interest or previous experience in international development, aid projects or sport.
