FOOD & BEVERAGE/ RESTAURANT MANAGER

Experience working at a resort or busy restaurant for 3 years minimum. Someone who will lead the team to perform their best at all times, providing 5 Star service to guests. Looking for a great person to complete the Le Vasa Resort team!

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of restaurant and bar.
• Menu planning, procurement of ingredients, cost control, costing, inventory.
• Staff management, weekly staff training, educate and upskill.
• Develop and implement polices and procedures.
• Customer service, effectively address customer complaints.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Offering room and board plus salary based on experience and position held.

How to Qualify:
• Must be from a country to get a visa easily for Samoa.

• Must have experience in hospitality at least 3 years minimum.
