Pratap Lawyers is currently seeking a JUNIOR LAWYER to join our law firm. As a Junior Associate at our firm, you will have the opportunity to work alongside our team and providing invaluable support in various legal matters.

Responsibilities:
Assist lawyers in legal research, drafting documents, and preparing case strategies.
Represent clients in court and at hearings.
Review and analyze legal documents and contracts.
Provide legal advice and support to clients on various legal matters.
Maintain detailed records of case files, correspondences, and legal proceedings.
Conduct thorough legal research and gather relevant case information
Prepare and draft legal documents including pleadings, contracts, and agreements
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost professionalism

Qualifications:
A law degree from an accredited institution.
Admission to practice law in Fiji
A valid Practicing Certificate
Good research, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
A proactive, professional, and client-focused attitude.
