• Data Entry and Record Keeping: Accurately maintaining production records and details.
• Cash Handling and Deposits: Managing daily cash receipts and depositing funds at the bank.
• Invoicing: Preparing and issuing sales invoices.
• Administrative Support: Providing general support including answering phones, managing emails and handling correspondence.
• Order Verification: Checking delivery orders against sales invoices to ensure accuracy.
