Job Title: Business Development Manager (Physiotherapy Clinic Suva, Fiji)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our reputable physiotherapy clinic to be positioned in Suva, Fiji (we may have an option for Nadi as well). As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth, establishing strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement effective business development strategies, foster relationships with key stakeholders, and oversee marketing initiatives to promote our clinic’s services. Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive business development plans to drive growth and increase market presence for the physiotherapy clinic.
Identify and establish strategic partnerships and collaborative relationships with relevant healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other potential referral sources.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, target demographics, and competitive landscape.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through effective communication and exceptional customer service.
Lead the development and implementation of marketing strategies, including digital marketing campaigns, social media presence, and promotional events.
Collaborate with the clinical team to identify areas for service expansion and develop innovative solutions to meet patient needs.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of business development initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends, healthcare policies, and regulations to ensure compliance and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Prepare reports and presentations on business development activities, financial performance, and growth projections for senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
Proven experience in business development, preferably in the healthcare industry. Experience in a physiotherapy clinic or similar healthcare setting is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of the healthcare market in Fiji, including knowledge of local healthcare regulations, insurance systems, and referral processes.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful business development strategies and achieve measurable results.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media management, SEO, and content creation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to translate data into actionable insights.
Self-motivated and proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
Fluency in English is required, knowledge of local languages is a plus.
